Sacha Kraal

My career started as a dental hygienist and pediatric dental nurse. I worked for several dental group practices for a long time. In addition to my work in the field, I have always held various side activities related to management and organization. Within the professional association, I was chairman of ICO groups for many years and was also active in the quality and education management department and was also chairman of the CIE there. I also completed a practical business administration course to broaden my perspective and to be able to look at my field of work in a broader way. In 2016, I made a career switch and started a coaching course in which I could combine my passion for people, guidance and organizations. In 2020, I completed a training course for family constellations and in 2023 organizational constellations at the Bert Hellinger Institute and started a Psychology study at the Open University in 2020. At the beginning of 2023, I completed the training for registered confidential counselor and am a member of the LVV. With my background as a coach and insight into systemic work, I can support a reporter and ensure that the right steps are taken within a company. With the (legal) knowledge that I gained during the training for confidential counselor, the deepening of integrity and my training in practical business administration, I can be widely deployed as a self-employed person in the field. The feedback I receive is that I create a safe environment for a reporter, can listen well between the lines and give sharp, clear advice. In addition to my work as a confidential counselor, I am a trainer at SUAS, by Schouten and Nelissen. Guiding groups and sharing knowledge gives me a lot of energy. It is very nice to always find new angles and to come up with creative ways to transfer knowledge. In addition to my passion for work, I am an enthusiastic choir singer and can often be found in museums and concert halls.
