We believe in a personalized approach. That is why you will always have access to two dedicated highly trained, registered confidential advisors (a Lead VP and a permanent replacement), who can work with you to create a safe work environment that will help you comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and regulations regarding PSA and integrity policies. For this, we charge a fixed annual fee. In addition, a flat hourly rate applies for consultations, information & prevention, modifications part PSA or Integrity Policy or advice. We apply a discount for SMEs or non-profit organizations. If you would like to use multiple confidants or have special needs, we can create a customized package.

After meeting with the confidential counselor, a comprehensive intake follows. After all, we need to analyze and master your existing PSA and Integrity policies in order to properly assist and advise your employees. From this follows a Plan of Action in which information and prevention activities are planned, as well as an introduction/short presentation with your employees, the relevant management, board, and possibly the works council. This presentation is a great opportunity to introduce your staff to their Partners in Vertrouwen External Confidential Advisor and start the conversation about desired manners and behavior with integrity within your company. Of course, we will inform your employees what they can contact their External Confidential Advisor for and at which locations an appointment can be made. Every year we produce an anonymous Annual Report in which we report on all the activities from the Plan of Action, the conversations held, and other findings and recommendations. We take our signal function seriously and will provide interim advice to management if necessary. In doing so, we always guarantee the anonymity of our interlocutors.
