My name is IJda Terpstra, 53 years old and born in Grouw, Friesland. Mother of a daughter living away from home, living together with my partner on the Utrecht Ridge, where I walk a lot with my German Sheepdog. I like being active, adventurous, reflecting and developing. When I am at work, I supervise mediations. I am registered with the Legal Aid Board for subsidized mediations. From Work and Mediation I work together with Meinema mediation and Silvius mediation in labor matters. I specialize in labor law but also have extensive experience in family mediations. For confidential matters regarding undesirable behavior or integrity issues I can be deployed externally as a Confidential Advisor. Why do I work as a confidential counsellor?
