Alice Linthuis

As a former athlete, now a coach and teacher, I know the urgency of always being able to feel safe. As a confidant, I strive to help everyone regain that lack of safety. Many sports have come under negative scrutiny in recent years because of inappropriate behavior. That touched a nerve with me. Through the role of confidential contact person, I want to be the listening ear for individuals (child and adult) who find it difficult to stand up for themselves or bring wrongdoing to light. Inappropriate behavior and integrity violations occur in all industries. With my broad work experience, I hope to help many people there as well. Others see me as accessible, empathetic and find that I have an eye for detail and quality. I am driven by harmony and can provide structure where needed. I see it as a personal mission to contribute to a safe(er) working environment wherever I work or visit.
