Rates
We believe in a personal approach. That is why you always have access to two dedicated, highly trained, registered Confidential Advisors (a Lead CA and a permanent replacement), who can work with you to create a safe working environment with which you meet the requirements of the Labor Inspectorate and the regulations regarding the PSA and integrity policy. We charge a fixed annual amount for this. In addition, a fixed hourly rate applies for consultations, information & prevention, adjustments to PSA or Integrity Policy or advice. We offer a discount for SMEs or non-profit organizations. If you want to engage multiple confidential counselors or have special wishes, we can put together a tailor-made package.
Our method
After an initial free introduction to the Confidential Advisor (30 minutes), an extensive intake follows. After all, we must analyse and familiarise ourselves with your existing PSA and Integrity Policy in order to be able to properly assist and advise your employees. This results in an Action Plan in which activities in the field of information and prevention are planned, as well as an introduction/short presentation with your employees, the management involved, the board and possibly the works council. This presentation is a great opportunity to introduce your staff to their External Confidential Advisor from Partners in Confidence and to discuss desired manners and ethical behavior within your company. Naturally, we inform your employees about what they can contact their External Confidential Advisor for and at which locations an appointment can be made. Every year we prepare an anonymized Annual Report in which we report on all activities in the Action Plan, the discussions held and other findings and recommendations. We take our signaling function seriously and will provide management with interim advice if necessary. We always guarantee the anonymity of our conversation partners.
