My name is IJda Terpstra, and I am 53 years old, born in the Frisian town of Grouw. I am a mother to a grown up daughter and live with my partner in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug region, where I enjoy hiking with my German Shorthaired Pointer. I thrive on staying active, seeking adventure, self-reflection, and continuous personal development.

 

When I am at work, I am engaged in mediations. I am registered with the Legal Aid Board for subsidized mediations. Through my work with Werk en Mediation, I collaborate with Meinema Mediation and Silvius Mediation on employment-related mediations. While I specialize in employment law, I also have extensive experience in family mediations.

 

I am also available as an external Confidential Advisor for matters related to unwanted behaviour or integrity issues.
